Good Workout M.I.L.F. style!

Who says you have to be a size 0 to be sexy? Not I! Tonight was abs and A$$ and man....I'm feeling it now ;p *Struggling to sip coconut water*

Wanna get it in and feel good? GO BANANAS! Mix it all up. Tonight I did
*Crunches
*Bicycles crunches
*Hello Dolly's
*Supermans
*Pilates leg work
*Jumped on the treadmill and ran at a 5.4
*Played Volleyball on Kinect
*Did a few songs on Zumba core
*Sumo squats
*Lunging squats
*Side squats 

Basically I just kept moving until I ended up on the floor in a puddle of sweat unable to move. I'm gonna hurt like hell tomorrow but DAMN am I proud of myself right now! ^_~  Still not with it? Well here's a lil bit of motivation for ya ;)


Seriously I would crap my pants if she was watching me workout....

BAM!










If she were alive today men and everyone else would be like Jlo who? I mean really...need I say more <3 RIP  And of course how could I NOT mention Pam Grier whew!
So....feel inspired and go run!
